Haven't done something like this in a long time. Suprised I an still do it. All I did was draw it straight from a comic book.

This is a character named Asuka Tokugawa in a manga series called E'S by Satol Yugia. Its about a secret police force consisting of psychics. Its a very interesting series.

I drew it second hand but the character belongs to Satol Yugia
